IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING USED OIL MATERIAL COLLECTIONS

Due to current economic circumstances, used oil material collection sites are beginning to limit access for material drop-off or cease operations altogether. This includes many of the bottle depot used oil collection sites. Please check with collection sites before dropping off material. We regret this circumstance but as private operators they do have the right to manage their operations as they deem best. Used oil collectors who pick up their used oil material have begun to do so without payment to the collection site operators or to even charge for pick-up. This makes some collections site operations difficult to sustain. You may check with your municipality’s waste management services to see if they are able to take your used oil material, or if they can advise on disposal.

We are working with authorities for collection sites to remedy the situation but improved used oil material collection services may take awhile. Please bear with us all and please continue to be prudent in disposing your used oil material.
